Hey Everyone!  Summer vacation is almost over (boohoo)!  However, that just means a new type of busy for everyone.  So many times we keep our kids so busy because we want them to be well-rounded children and get to experience everything there is to offer, but we forget they are kids and need to rest just like us.  I think this has been a great summer.   There are some upcoming events that you will want to be aware of. 

 It is time to for AWANA again.  In the past few years, we've just let AWANA handle itself.  There was a time when this was a great program that brought in kids from all over town.  Not all churches have things for kids on Wednesday nights and this is our chance to help in the discipleship of these children and help them learn the Word.    AWANA will begin September 1!  Let's make this year the best on yet!
